Description

Ivory jagging wheel (pie crimper) with a three tined fork and wheel at one end.  At the other end an arm is bent at the elbow grasping a snake just below its head. The snake has four metal teeth, brass forked tongue, and red inset eyes.  The  tail wrapped around the bent arm.
