Ideas for Classroom Use

Charles Waln Morgan

Research Project

Have students search through Charle's W. Morgan's papers found in the G.W. Blunt White Libary at Mystic Seaport and present their findings on his investments.  What types of businesses, places and vessels did he own or have stock in?  Where were these places?  Use Google maps to plot the locations of interest.  Create informational pop-ups describing each.
