About Caitlin Daly
Caitlin Daly grew up in Windsor, CT, but spent all of her summers in Niantic, by the shore. After she graduated from Windsor High School, she attended Hartwick College for one year before transferring to Central CT State University, where she majored in Music Theory/Composition and minored in Sociology. Caitlin received an MA in Musicology from the University of Hawaii at Manoa before moving back to Connecticut, where she received her K-12 teaching certification and an MS in Education. She enjoys showing kids that learning can be fun and that you get to discover so many cool things about life and the world around you. Caitlin loves talking to people about music and helping them discover that they know WAY more about it than they think! In her spare time, she loves to Irish step dance, read, and write the blog, “Well I Never!” where she tries new things and writes about them. Caitlin is currently the Education Director at the New Haven Symphony Orchestra.
